Plan auto-population?

I've entered the Planning category on the assumption that some of the template gets filled out by the Aperfectbot?

The bot does not automatically make it into a planning page. That may be a future enhancement to the bot, but currently that is not a function of it. It only will add the pages to the list on Geohashing:Current events. Sorry about any confusion there. --aperfectring 15:15, 26 June 2009 (UTC)
No worries - all understood now! Cheers -- norsemark 15:23, 26 June 2009 (UTC)

Curious

How did this one go? We were thinking of you whilst Macronencer and i were in sunny Hedge End recreation ground! :) - Sermoa 07:39, 29 June 2009 (UTC)

Norsemark added this planned expedition to the wiki... and then disappeared, never to be heard from again. We can only assume the expedition did not happen. If it did, it was never documented. -- Benjw 15:36, 19 November 2015

I think he did. He created the gallery with usual names, but then stopped. --GeorgDerReisende (talk) 19:16, 19 November 2015 (EST)
I did actually check that. The gallery was created on 2009-06-26, two days before the expedition date, and is an exact copy-paste from a previous expedition -- 2009-06-21 51 -0. It does not relate to this expedition, and is not proof that anything took place. If you look at the list of Norseman's wiki edits ( Special:Contributions/Norsemark ) you'll see that after 2009-06-21 he only ever made two more wiki edits, both relating to moving house rather than documenting expeditions. — Benjw  {talk} 00:29, 20 November 2015 (EST)
For the avoidance of doubt, I can confirm that it didn't take place. Thanks for tidying up after me. norsemark (talk)
Thanks for the clarification! Hope to see you at a geohash sometime... :-) — Benjw  {talk} 16:41, 20 November 2015 (EST)
