Yesterday, I had scouted the area, and while the coordinates are behind a fence, one can easily walk around the fence, no harm done.

Online information tells me that on the one hand, Tegel Castle and the surrounding park is private property, on the other hand, that the owners (the descendants of the Humboldts) do allow the public to access the park, so I went for it.

In the morning, I took the U9 subway from Kurfürstendamm to Leopoldsplatz, the U6 subway to Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, and the U6 replacement bus to Alte Mühle.

The rest of the distance were only a few meters. It was slightly raining when I walked around the fence and located the coordinates among some trees.

Afterwards, I walked to the Tegel station on my way to 2024-02-12 53 14 in Hintersee.
