Expedition

The Plan

First year anniversary! Just off Branscomb road in Green Cove Springs. Looks like another fence, but at least the actual house is a lot further back, so the apprehension is lessened somewhat.

The Geohashers

The Adventure

Compared to the previous geohash, this one was quite boring. It was a good 26 miles away, so we couldn't walk this time. Boring. There really wasn't much to see. Still boring.

When we got to the geohash, there was yet another fence in the way, although this one was iffier than the last one. I got the GPS to read .277 and .501, but never both at the same time. I'm still convinced that I hit the exact spot, took pictures and loaded back up. Despite best intentions, boring.

We left the Nine of Spades on a nondescript post near a stop sign. Bored bored bored.

Then we decided to run some errands since there was a grocery store on the way back and just outside the exit was a stand selling Girl Scout Cookies.

Finally this hash was worthwhile.
