I decided to finish my work for today around 5 pm and wanted to go to the geohash. Because of the wunderful weather, a mix of sunny and cloudy and really warm, I went by bike. From the map it was quite clear that the last part would be quite steep, but who cares, I was not in a hurry.
I knew that there were two possibilities to reach the geohash: one over a field and the other through a forest. Doubtless, one of them would guide me the right direction. After parking my bike I looked for the path over the field but what did I have to see? The field was fenced with an electric fence. Anyone still remembers the movie Jurassic Park? I know what lives behind those fences, so I choose the path through the forest. First it was ok, I found an old forest track, but it ended quite soon. I went only 50m when the forest became more and more dense so I could not go further. I decided to abort my trip, sad and embarrassed I went back home.
