The point was behind an auto shop, in a locked up compound in Scarbough.

Point appears to be in the 'back-yard' of an auto mechanic type of business in a very industrial part of Scarborough. Google Streetview confirms that the business has a fence separating the point from the street, but it looks to be in disrepair and may be left open. I'm currently in 43,-78 right now with family, but I'll swing by the area on the way home to see if it can be achieved.

Nothing too special. Drove up to the auto shop and parked "Em," my car, out front. I could hear music coming from a shop across the road. I walked up to the fence, took a couple pictures, then headed home.
