Expedition
Bishop Wash: I was in L.A. for a few days and hoped to be able to get a hash somewhere in the area during my stay. It's nice having the Dow open at 0630 local time so one can check the hash before the day starts. My wife and I were staying in Manhattan Beach and today's hash was a few miles south of the hotel on the southbound lane of I-405. A perfect opportunity for a speed racer achievement.
We had breakfast and then headed south before going to her appointment. The 405 wasn't congested so I was able to get to the speed limit. The hash appeared to be in the middle lane so I moved to that lane. My wife clicked a picture just before the spot. We turned around headed back north. To the right was the Goodyear blimp airfield and a blimp was getting ready to launch.
