Origin of Name
Slipknot McGee has been asked in the past if he is a fan of the band Slipknot.
Because his real name is unique and makes it hard to be anonymous on the Intartoobs, Slipknot McGee goes by an alias that he made up in 2005. He had never heard of the band Slipknot until after he had come up with the name Slipknot McGee, only thinking of it as a good pirate name. He's not sure he likes Slipknot (the band) actually, but to each his/her own.
