I'm Pete, by day mild-mannered library computer geek, by night... well, still kinda mild-mannered and geeky.

I live in the Norfolk, VA graticule.

I'm working on a "local retrohash" utility which allows you to determine quickly how close any historical hashpoint has fallen to your favorite place. It's still in development, but at the moment will give you points from yesteryear for "west of -30°" (and incorrect points for "east of -30°"), just center the map and click the button.
