Georg, the UFO-like structure in this picture of yours is the antenna array of the Warburg DVOR-DME station (callsign WRB), a radio navigation aid used in aviation. Yes, these antennas look strange indeed. This particular device is located at 51°30'21" N 09°06'39" E, quite close to the hash (51°29'48" N 9°06'11" E), on the oher side of the "7" road.
