Congratulations! I found a Christmas tree at the hashpoint in Hamburg, too. I don't know much about Christmas tree dismantling traditions outside of Germany (I only know that the Swedes throw their trees out of the window on St. Knut's on Jan 13), but to explain those sightings to those who wonder: In Germany, we traditionally put down our Christmas decorations on the 6th of January. --ilpadre 09:48, 12 January 2012 (EST)
