- Indeed, it was taken at sunset. I have to admit it was my companions idea to take that one. I like to think of me as a decent photographer and kept taking photos all the way, but they all turned out rather dull. - A professional photographer (whose name I can't remember) said that magazines like National Geographic generally don't accept any landscape photographs taken outside of the magic hour. That unfortunate little fact has stuck with me. --Juventas 22:26, 28 January 2011 (EST)

- I plan to visit todays hash. If anyone else (you or a fellow student) wants to go there, we can go there by car (provided you catch the S1 to Rissen or Wedel). I normally don't like to waste fuel on hashing, but I really don't like the low temperatures anymore and would like to make an exception. --Hermann 07:06, 28 January 2011 (EST)

We could define a particular time or you could call me after leaving Altona subway station, I'd then pick you up at Rissen station (eastern exit, the one with the lift). Yes, the last picture is very beautiful, thanks for sharing that. I usually never get to see the west side of Hamburg, as I live as far to the east as you can (a few hundred meters farther to the east and you are already in Schleswig-Holstein) so it's interesting to at least see some pictures from the "opposite side" of the town. :D --Bierhefe 12:27, 11 February 2011 (EST)
