From Geohashing

what is this about? --Crox 17:36, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

No clue, to be honest. It was an expedition page, so I figured it at least needed a template. Maybe something to do with the hashpoint being in the woods 3 miles from the nearest road, or at least the nearest road that Google knows about (and we know those are the only roads that exist!  :-) ). Maybe there are tigers in those woods. I know how common tigers are in BC. Jiml 19:27, 19 December 2010 (UTC)

I guess not everyone finds "Eye of the Tiger" as inspiring as i do. -- [[user:thepiguy]] 01:11, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
Did you listen to it on a continuous loop while snowshoeing? --aperfectring 02:28, 21 December 2010 (UTC)
I think we didn't understand the context. Jiml 02:45, 22 December 2010 (UTC)

Wow. That's an impressive expedition. I can only hope to find myself on one like that this winter. You didn't even mention the magnitude of your ascent, which if I'm looking at the right locations, is around 900m. I'm glad Jafo was there to bring you back. --Juventas 02:47, 21 December 2010 (UTC)

Very impressive, sorry you didn't reach the hash. We had to give up on 2010-12-16_50_11 although we had a lot less snow (albeit in the dark) - would have been a piece of cake with your equipment I'm guessing ;) - Mampfred 12:10, 21 December 2010 (UTC)

Woo! Snowshoes! Mountains! Fun! I love your graticule! -- relet 13:00, 21 December 2010 (UTC)

Snowshoes… I want a pair! Very nice expedition indeed!--Fasanen 13:59, 21 December 2010 (UTC)

Very impressive expedition. I showed it to my young niece and nephew as an example of an exciting geohashing expedition and they were impressed. Glad you made it back safely. Jiml 02:45, 22 December 2010 (UTC)

When you visit such a great places, please upload pictures with better quality - I want them all for wallpapers! :) JRK 13:45, 22 December 2010 (UTC)
