From Geohashing

Woo! I'm glad to see Edmonton-area geohashing continuing. If it falls in the Ft. Sask area, be sure to alert Meghan. I guess my ex-bicycle doesn't count as a member of the geohashing community, but she has it. -Robyn 02:43, 2 November 2010 (UTC)

Unfortunately circumstances right now are such that I'm only able to go geohashing if the point falls right IN Fort Saskatchewan, lol. I'm super-busy with work right now and almost as big as a house. I wasn't even allowed to take Robyn's bike out this summer (finally dubbed 'Chuck'), as it was 'too dangerous', according to the future father :)
But I am REALLY happy to see other geohashers in the area getting to the hashpoints I wish I could. I will simply be content by living vicariously through others :) --Meghan 14:25, 2 November 2010 (UTC)
At first I thought he was casting aspersions on Chuck, but I guess it's not personal (bikeal?); just that he loves you. I'm rooting for the geohash to fall in the delivery room on the appropriate day. Your progeny shall have a perpetual lock on the youngest geohasher award. -Robyn 17:22, 2 November 2010 (UTC)
Thanks for the well-wishes! Ironically, today's point IS in Ft. Sask proper, but on private industrial land that I would have access to, if I still worked at the same summer job I had during university. Who ever said the algorithm didn't have a sense of humor? --Meghan 14:15, 3 November 2010 (UTC)
