There's lots of forestry and mining here, but I had never seen a "seismic cutline". From what I gather, it's a cleared strip to make way for large equipment that uses underground sound waves for oil and gas exploration. I'm sure it'll come in your report, but how far from the road was the coordinates? -Juventas 03:02, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
