That's strange how the view itself got lost in the photo. I remember the view over the Fraser River from the higher lookout opint being a little hazy, just as in the picture, but I thought this one was clearer and it looks as if we're looking at fog. Is that focal depth problem or just acuity of the film optical system/digital media versus the human eye?-Robyn 22:19, 15 July 2009 (UTC)

I think it had to do with the brightness contrast. This image was taken from further back under the tree cover. Contrast with this image which was taken from about where you were standing. More light overall in the photo, greater detail --Xore 22:29, 15 July 2009 (UTC)
