Map of Germany with Bundesländer (states, thick borders) and districts (thin borders). Can be used for the Regional geohashing achievement or the Reverse regional achievement (I personally tick off the districts I have visited by coloring them with MS Paint).
Base map (only borders) taken from wikipedia, district names and graticules added by hand. When a very tiny part of a district fell into a neighboring graticule I changed the district border so that at least one white pixel is visible. Exclaves were connected whenever possible.
