Selkientie, a small village road. Some people are riding horses. The rightmost sign says "kelirikko", meaning "frost heave".
By the way, if you have ever wondered why some European countries use traffic signs with yellow backgrounds instead of white, you can see the reason in the picture. Yellow is more noticeable than white when there is a lot of snow in the landscape.
