I may have no GPS, but I do have a radio-synched alarm clock. I thought it would be a handy for proving time of day. Reads: AM 9:54 24D 2M 46(seconds) and 11.5degC. Oh, and it's going to be sunny, the air pressure is constant, it's not synchronising with Rugby at this very moment (but probably will do in the next couple of minutes), I have my regular alarm set and it's complaining that battery needs changing. (But it has complained about the battery for several years now, and still loudly beeps at me every morning, albeit to varying effects at my side of the equation.) Anyway, I also took a bearing of 200 degrees, give or take, with a compass (not shown) to pinpoint my target.
