The Budapest graticule is at latitude 47, longitude 19.

The area is inside Hungary. It encloses most of the capital[1] (the whole area of Pest, Margaret Island, and most of Buda) and includes Cserhát mountains, the hill Naszály, Szentendrei Island and cities such as Vác, Szentendre, Gödöllő, Cegléd, Hatvan. Except for the river Danube, streams and some small lakes the graticule is dry land.
