This account is being written by Tarasaurus on behalf of Dolphintreasure, who no longer uses the geohash wiki and relayed the story to me. My comments are in italics. She writes:
"It just so happens that I work at this location! It's employee access only, and the way I found the geohash was by walking towards the spot my phone directed me to which happened to be in the maintenance area. Lucky me!"
The images she sent seem to match up with the location info on Google Maps, including the name of the company. I believe this is the second ever Cubicle Geohash!
