And abroad we go.

Pastori and Wife are continuing their vacation successfully. Today's hashpoint was only 55 km away, though in the neighbouring country Sweden. But that's not a problem at all. Pastori and Wife had recently already dropped by the Swedish side of the border when they conquered their previous hashpoint.

They set out early straight after their morning coffee. The day was sunny and warm. The drive was fast and after 45 km of driving they crossed the river that marks the border between the countries. The journey continued on the Swedish side as the road took them through bushes and swamps. The city of Pajala came into view when they had been driving for 67 km. The point was right there by the road. However, Pastori did have to get out of the car and walk around a bit to get the best accuracy, which in the end was 0.437 m. Luck was on Pastori and Wife's side.

After a little drive to witness the morning in the city of Pajala, Pastori and Wife turned around and drove back the same route. This time around their trip abroad took a whole 80 minutes. Crossing the border on this side is easy. Once they got to their lodgings, Pastori and Wife had a nice lunch at the Halla restaurant at the Ylläs Visitor Center Kellokas. In good moods and filled with good food they returned to their lodgings for a nice rest
