On a family weekend, we found some time for a quick geohashing expedition. We took our bikes to Herbergen, a village of 181 people which was founded in 968 (not 1968). As indicated by the cables we saw, they are getting a high-speed internet connection now.
The geohash was in a forest nearby, specifically in a bush of thornes and nettles, at least that is what it first looked like. It turned out that we could approach the bush from behind and actually reach the coordinates, which we did.
