There were clear skies and a forecast that the aurora might be visible. I was too far south but it was still a nice starry sky.
The hashpoint was in a field with small seedlings, easily avoided. Initially, I walked to the wrong field but a small backtrack corrected this. Having located the point, I had a bit of time to kill. 37 minutes later, I visited the same point - success.
