The plan is to drive over after work before it gets dark. It is conveniently located on the road, so I won't have to hike anywhere!

Unsuccessful. I was greeted by a sign on the road telling me the park was closed. We had a pretty rough storm yesterday so I'm pretty sure it may have something to do with that. I could have gone around both of the signs, but I didn't want to cause too many problems.
