Adjacent to University hills Elementary school, at someone's house. Perhaps a good place to meet would be the painted flood canal next to the school's parking lot.

Try to meet after work, say 5pm-ish at the school parking lot. I'll have my two kids with me.

Ended up not being able to get out after picking the kids up from day-care. However, a few local Geocachers, Sexyboo, and goarmymo, did make it near the hash-point to find a nearby geocache and qualify for a challenge-cache.
