Mesquite scrub desert near the "Rock Star" neighborhood. The rock star neighborhood has street names such as Journey, Aerosmith, Queensrych, Rolling Stone etc...

A local geocacher, The Marauders, visited a geocache 710m away from the hash-point to complete a geocaching challenge. He then visited the hashpoint. Relatively easy location to reach in the burbs of Las Cruces.
