This trip was the focus of a date with my friend, Rose. We had two choices: one under two miles from our dorms, and one about 60 miles east. We picked the farther one: it was really easy to get to, and a decent enough distance to spend some time together.
Expedition
We met at about 4, and it took about an hour to get there. The hash was basically right down I-69; so we had no trouble on the way.
We parked at a nearby parking lot and walked a few hundred feet to the hash. It wasn't much to look at (it was literally on the side of the road), but then again, it isn't really the destination that matters.
We took a couple pictures, then went off to dinner in Imlay City. In hindsight, we could've went for a Speed Racer achievement, but I completely forgot about it. Oh well.
Our next stop was the Silver Grill in Imlay City. It wasn't much, but the food was decent.
After that, we went to a party at a friend's house. There was a lot of trivia and card games, and we had a lot of fun. We finally got home at about 11:30. All in all, I had a great time.
