Yellow area, where the hash is - "Останкинский Совхоз Декоративного Садоводства" - the place (or one of the places) where they grow flowers for the city's flower decoraitions - no public access;
Pinkish one - different entity related to city's parks Maintenance. Thought that would be "no public access" too, but the gate was open, and no prohibiting sings visible;
Green - Ostankino cemetry. Some noted people buried there, including some cosmonauts;
Blue - Ostankino tower.
