This was the first reasonably easy hashpoint for March. It involved an 80 km drive through the attractive Norfolk countryside. This was all the nicer as the trees and shrubs were beginning to show signs of the end of winter. There were catkins and some of the hedgerows were showing the smallest amount of green from leaves beginning to sprout. The next few warmer days will transform the countryside although another cold snap is forecast first.
