Bound Brook is on my way home, so I suggested making a side trip down the road.

Success! The lot, which looks wooded from the satellite photos, was mostly clear and not fenced in. I was able to approach the hashpoint easily, though without a reliable GPS I can only eye-ball that I got within a couple of meters. Still, it's better than a drive-by.
