Sounds just like a graticule I'm much more familiar with geohashing in. :-)

I headed there, but found some challenges because I couldn't find an onramp to Hwy 280.
I eventually found one, and made my way close to the spot, but it was private property, and I didn't think they would be receptive to the internet visiting.
So, I took a few pictures at a nearby park and headed on to my morning meeting.
