Not on a field! Beside a small rural road in Greussen/Clingen next to a small river (or ditch?)

Make it a double-midnight hash- until I got to executing the "hash number two" part of the plan, the midnight part was history, already.

The biggest problem in reaching the hash coordinates was that my clothing and me were so wet that the windscreen was instantly fogging up so badly that I had to use the AC to get the humidity in the car back to normal. :) This was caused by 51, 11 in a vain attempt for a double midnight hash.

Apart from that, I let myself be guided by the car navigation and then drove on by the outdoor gps' compass.

This time, that approach worked considerably better- I found a road which led directly to the hash point. I thought it might give a drive-through experience, but not quite. When I got out of the car, I had to walk a full four meters to the spot, the only challenge was not to slip on the (wet) grassy side of the ditch. That would have really made my night complete...

Satisfied, I took the usual shots and headed home, fueled up the car in Erfurt and then went to bed after concluding it to be a bit to late for the documentations if one was to turn up at work at all the next morning. The clock showed something like 1:30 already, but we all have to bring sacrifices, eh?

This was, and that made all the driving worthwhile of course, the fourth in a series of consecutive hashes. :D A new personal record for me, still the next day was a bit far, so that series had to end with this hash. Check the others, if you are interested: Sept. 23rd with Mampfred , Sept. 24th with Mampfred.
