Jim headed there after the Farmer's market. I took the boring route of Hwy 26 to get there, but then took Cornelius Pass Road (and Hwy 30) to get back. The hashpoint was right close to the fence line, so I was with accuracy when I walked next to it.

From there I attempted to reach a nearby hashpoint that I had been unable to get to, despite what Google Maps said, but (another) one of the roads on my (new) route also appeared to be closed. I rechecked things at a nearby golf course, and things seemed to be just plain inaccessible!

nesbiteg rode his way from home, riding up the east side of the Willamette River. Took the Columbia River Slough path, spotting a Great Blue Heron and a group of racing motorbikes at Portland International Speedway. Could not tell if I was close enough by the fence, but a quick hop over got me to the hashpoint. First successful geohash, and fitting on the day that Bradley Wiggins closed up the first Tour de France victory. The 48.6 mile ride took it out of my legs, so I'm hoping for a break before any more hashing.
