It looks to be not too far off of NFDR 66.

Didn't make it all the way. A short drive up past Willard WA, but then snow and downed trees. If I were not alone I would tried a walk in, but it was 6 miles in the snow. So I just went home, saw a mountain and 2 waterfalls. The random adventure generator works rather you get there or not.

But coming home I get to see this.

A 2 minute walk gets this view.
Another waterfall visable from the road. If you look quick.
