The hash is in the middle of a field just to the south of Slaidburn, in the Forest of Bowland. It appears to be accessible from the B6478.

Alexturgid's plan to cycle to the hash abandoned due to bike failure.
Angel's plan to walk all the way from Lancaster (17-18 miles) abandoned somewhere around Blea Tarn, after realising I was scheduled to run a roleplaying game at 6pm, and would be unlikely to get back in time.
