Go there on the way to a party, hope that it's not entirely fenced (google streetview suggests that though) or someone is there to let us in.

Went there, closed though, it's the base of a cemetery gardener. Waited around a couple of minutes, no movement. Didn't have time to check the nearby cemetery for the owner so gave up and moved on.
