I drove out to this hash point and got to 0.1 of a mile and found a fence and no trespassing signs. I took a few pictures and then made my way back to Norcross.

I don't know if you can see it as I can't on my monitor, but the sign does say "No Trespassing". With the fence as is, they were serious about keeping people out.
11 hundredths of a mile to go. A mere 500 and some feet. As close as I could get. Yet, not close enough.
