Jim was startled to see how close the hashpoint was when he first looked in the morning. He is trying to find the landowner to get permission to enter the field.

He drove by it on his way to work and took a photo. No access at this time - maybe later.

Jim made a few phone calls during the day to attempt to locate a connection to the landowner. No luck with this, so the next step was to talk to some of the neighbors that he actually knows.
