The coordinates were near a stream at the back of a long vacant lot. The only building on the site appeared to have been long abandoned, but a sign helpfully clarified that the area was still private property.

Having not reached the coordinates, I proceeded to make the ride into a double marathon as a consolation prize by proceeding to Farmingdale.
