Run some errands and then head up Cornelius Pass Road and attempt to get close to the hashpoint.

It looked like access was going to be a problem, but I figured I'd try.
It looked like there were two ways to get there, so I tried the paved public road, but only got a half mile away. I couldn't find the private road approach, at least one that was open, so access wasn't available.
