We'll head down after I get home from work. It's a three-hour round trip from Somerville, and we'll be stopping at Wendy's (probably) on US-206 on our way out.
Expedition
Er, we made it. Gwynnath was excited to officially get the Atlantic City graticule (her earlier attempt in Wildwood came up short due to construction), so we drove down after work and arrived in Leisure City around 9:30 or 10:00 PM. The hashpoint was in the street, which made it easy to reach once we were in the neighborhood.
Leisure Village is a kind of adult / retirement community with a lot of smaller, ranch-style houses on small lots. There are actually seven or eight neighborhoods, each with their own community center / recreation building etc. Knowing that beforehand, we endeavored to stay quiet and take as few pictures as necessary. As it was, the flash on the camera taxed the batteries to the point that two pairs of AA's only netted us a dozen or so photos (to be uploaded).
