On my way back to Edmonton from work, I'll try to hit as many hash points as possible.

Expedition

I was pleasantly surprised when I got near the coordinates. I thought I might have to trek through bush or swamp, but I was greeted by a sign for a bird observatory. There was even a map of walking trails for me to go to the hash point. Ironically, I didn't see a single bird at the bird observatory. Thunder was rumbling in the distance, so I decided to run the 5k to the hash location. Moments after I took my picture at the hash coordinates, the rain started. I managed to get lost on the way back to my truck by taking a short cut and having the battery on my iPhone die. Eventually I followed a road back to the observatory and a some dry clothes.

So that's 2/3 so far.

Next stop 53 -113. Well, actually Tim Horton's for coffee, then my home graticule.
