Right in the middle of the eastbound lanes of I-90, one mile before exist 31 to North Bend. Easy!

Grabbed Harlequin for an end-of day dash for this one. The biggest challenge was that it was in the middle of a 70mph freeway! The flip side of that is that it was probably the fastest "Speed Racer" we'll see in the U.S.
