scottkuma, a resident of the area, suggests meeting at 4pm at the nearby Brazenhead Pub (Alternate location #1 on the map).
Note: The alternate location is the actual location of the Brazenhead, even though it currently looks like a field in Google Maps. Also, Google Maps lists the location a bit up the street from the actual location, which is on the corner of Tylersville & Reading roads.
