Location

This was the closest meetup to Cambridge since the project began: an opportunity which could not be missed even on a weekday. It was located in a field on the outskirts of Cottenham.

1pm meetup

JPD and Stephen Turner, who both work in Cottenham, had a meetup at 1pm, arranged at five minutes' notice.

The nearest road ran about 200m away from the point. We made the mistake of entering the driveway of the adjacent farmhouse in an attempt to get a little closer and were (rightly) reprimanded by the owner.

7pm meetup

Stephen Turner went again at 7pm in an attempt to meet lilac. He stayed until 7:20pm but didn't see anyone else.

lilac was late, due to missing the turning and going half-way to Wilburton :( Arrived at about 7:30pm with gw280. Will get a GPS for next time :)
