This Speed Racer Geohash (?) is in the Boston, Massachusetts graticule in the middle of Salem St in Wilmington, MA, at the intersection with Middlesex Ave.
This location is a short distance north of the new location of Quantum Books, their warehouse at 355 Middlesex Avenue, after their being priced out of Kendall Square.

Mechfish reached this location around 4pm on a beautiful sunny day. It appears to be directly on an island in the middle of a three-way intersection.

Some geohashers must confront mountains and rivers. In Eastern Mass, we confront things like this.
The geohash location. My GPS indicated it was near the real estate sign and the telephone pole. The litter on the right is not mine; I picked it up as part of my geohasher community service.
Someone had already thoughtfully put balloons at the spot.
That looks about right.
Here I am more or less on the location.
The thing in the bushes in the center of the traffic island is a memorial to a Great War veteran. Observed a moment of silence.
