Brett biked to the coordinates despite vicious headwinds and temperatures over 90 degrees. The coordinates fell in the middle of a cornfield subdivided by grassy paths. Brett followed one of the paths to within 500 feet of the coordinates, but a flooded drainage ditch prevented him from reaching the exact point. Nevertheless, he left a pink flag marking the spot.
