After reaching the hash in 2024-04-27 49 12 (and once again failing to do a proper Public Transport Tron Hash), I decided I still have time to try for a Multihash by trying for this hash near Regensburg aswell.

Without the additional challenge of a Tron, it's quite simple to get to Regensburg. Just follow use the RB23 southbound. Usually, that should get you directly to Regensburg, but due to construction work, I have to change trains in Schwandorf into the RE40. No big deal, the train is already waiting for us when we arrive, and has enough space too.

The hash is 5 km from Regensburg central station. I could walk that, but I don't feel like it (and it's already getting quite late). But there is a convenient bus 9 connecting the central station to Harting Kirche, less than one kilometre to the hash.

As expected, the hash is indeed in a field. I want to try for a multihash, and there are clear marks in the field where a tractor recently passed through. So I carefully walk along these marks to approach the hash. As these tracks follow one primary direction, I walk the full length of the field in order to go from one to the other, making my search for the hash quite long. But I do get a satisfactory reading and can now claim a Multihash, as well as almost completing my first minesweeper (for 49,11).

My path home does take longer than originally planned: Since searching for the hash in the field took quite a long time, I am unable to catch the bus home from Harting Kirche I planned with. And the area to the north of the hash is mostly an industrial area where busses don't stop on Saturdays. So I end up walking westwards for two km until I reach Regensburg-Burgweintling, where I can catch a more frequent bus service to the central station.
